"Both my partner and I recently moved to Point Cook. Feeling tired, overweight and run down we decided to make a lifestyle change and find a personal trainer who could provide us with the structure, discipline and advice that we needed to help us achieve our goals.

We found Liz via our local community website and we haven’t looked back since. Following an initial assessment with Liz, she tailored our sessions to make each workout different and challenging and she motivates both of us to push past our perceived limits to get results. Liz has a great personality and we do have a laugh (in between the groans) during our workouts. "Working with Liz Anthonisz is the best thing I have ever done for my health!

Being a busy professional, I never found the time or motivation to go to a gym or have a regular exercise regime. Coming from a professional tennis background, I had always been active, but due to my work and family commitments I stopped being active for the last 5 years and as a result I steadily gained about 20ks. I have tried exercising on and off many times in the last few years but did not have the motivation to consistently exercise.

Liz came highly recommended from my work colleague, so I decided to trial her training sessions for a week and I have not stopped seeing her since. Now I train with Liz 5 times a week!

I look forward to seeing Liz every morning, the main reason I feel this way is because she keeps me motivated. What I love most is that we train outdoors, and it’s fun because we do different things everyday. Liz trains and runs with me which I love. I also love the smell of fresh air in the morning as opposed to the working out in a gym.

Liz did a personal fitness test on me when I first started and then tailored my program to suit my fitness level without demotivating me, while of course still pushing my boundaries. She has also been monitoring my fitness level over the weeks, and has been scaling my program accordingly. As a result I have consistently improved my fitness level and I am truly amazed on the distance I can run now and the number of squats or push ups I can do without stopping or even how long I can hold the plank position!!

Since I started seeing Liz I have lost 5 inches of my waistline without changing my weekend social life! I am motivated more than ever to continue to train with Liz. She is the absolute best trainer I have ever had and am thankful that I found her!"
