Rebound Personal Training provides an opportunity for you to get outdoors, improve your health and enjoy a more active lifestyle, regardless of your current fitness level. Whether you choose intensive one-on-one personal training, or prefer the added motivation of being part of a small group, we aim to provide an affordable and convenient personal training service and an educational, supportive and nurturing environment for every client.
Since having my first baby in 2006, I have met lots of Melbourne mums who would love to have access to a personal trainer but either can't afford it, don't want to leave their children with babysitters, can't get to the gym in time to use the creche facility, or who feel guilty about taking time out for themselves. From these conversations, the idea of 'Little Bellies' Mums 'n' Bubs Fitness was born! These sessions allow mothers (and fathers) to get some fresh air and do something great for their health and wellbeing, while bringing their children along for the fun!
